POSITION OVERVIEW

Jewish Vocational Service (JVS) seeks a bold, experienced Chief Development Officer who will oversee all aspects of fund development and marketing and communications. The CDO is a growth minded, equity-focused strategic leader with a track record of expanding multiple funding streams simultaneously and ushering organizations to achieve exponential growth. JVS is launching their new strategic plan publicly this spring. This will be an exciting moment to join JVS as they are deepening their focus to include not only career training but also systems change work centered on fostering economic mobility and racial equity.

This position is remote until further notice with the expectation of returning to work in the San Francisco Office under a flexible, hybrid model. JVS does not provide relocation packages.

SALARY/BENEFITS

  • The salary range for this position is $195,000-$210,000

  • Equitable pay
